Reminiscences of a Stock Operator (1923) / How to Trade in Stocks (1940)
Jesse Livermore (1877–1940) was one of the most famous stock and commodity traders of the early 20th century, known for large, leveraged bets on market trends and for both making and losing several fortunes over his career. Edwin Lefèvre's Reminiscences of a Stock Operator (1923), closely based on Livermore's life, remains one of the most widely read trading books ever written; his own How to Trade in Stocks (1940) laid out his approach to reading price action, trend-following, and risk control.
🧠 Core Philosophy
Price itself is the most reliable source of information — identify a real trend, move with it, and cut losses fast when it breaks. This is explicitly a Trading score, not an Investment score.
❓ Key Question
"What is the price telling me right now?"

⚠️ Important
This is a simulation of documented, published investment principles — not a forecast by Jesse Livermorehimself, and not a claim he would actually buy this stock. The score measures how closely the stock's real data matches the method's documented criteria, nothing more.
